Basic Home Cleaning Includes:

Our standard cleaning prices are based on the time required for a single individual to clean the requested rooms.

    • Dust all furniture and decorative items.

    • Clean and sanitize countertops and all items placed on them.

    • Thoroughly clean and dry sinks.

    • Empty trash receptacles.

    • Clean the interior of the microwave and the exterior of all appliances.

    • Vacuum the floor and perform a thorough cleaning of the flooring.

    • Clean and dry the shower and tub, both inside and out.

    • Wipe down mirrors to ensure clarity.

    • Clean sinks and countertops, including all items on the surfaces.

    • Sanitize the toilet, both inside and out, and ensure it is dry.

    • Clean shelving units.

    • Empty trash receptacles.

    • Wipe down towel bars and fixtures.

    • Clean baseboards.

    • Vacuum rugs and perform a comprehensive cleaning of the floor.

    • Dust all furniture and decorative items.

    • Vacuum the floor and conduct a thorough cleaning of the flooring.

    • Upon request but also included: changing of bed linens and dusting of ceiling fans.

More Cleaning Services

We offer customized cleaning services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our comprehensive cleaning includes the following services:

  • Washing of windows, screens, sills, and tracks (for windows that tilt inward)

  • Dusting and wiping of mini blinds

  • Removal of cobwebs throughout the residence

  • Wiping of doors and dusting of baseboards (please note that heavy furniture will not be moved)

  • Cleaning of all woodwork

  • Exterior cleaning of kitchen cabinets using Murphy's Oil Soap

  • Dusting of all wall-mounted items

  • Cleaning of the interior of the oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator (the freezer can be cleaned if unplugged)

To accommodate your preferences, we can provide our own detergent or utilize products supplied by our customers. Our comprehensive service includes pick-up, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of your laundry back to you.

We offer convenient laundry services with next-day pick-up and drop-off for a variety of items, including clothing, towels, sheets, jackets, and rugs.

Pricing for this service:

$2.00 per pound for standard laundry and $4.00 per pound for heavily soiled items.
